I have chosen my advertising essay for my Language Arts reflection. Essayists think about their world and have opinions about what they observe which helped me write my advertising essay. Essayists stick to the main idea and try to write at lest five paragraphs for every topic they write about. Essayists have an introductory paragraph which includes a thesis statement that clearly states the writer’s position. Essayists have to stick to the main idea of the five paragraph method. They have to have three reason or proof to support the thesis. They also have reason or proof which supports thesis. Essayists have to have at least three supporting sentences that relates to the topic sentence. Each paragraph has to include appropriate example, details, and other evidence that the topic is true or to support the main argument. Essayists make sure they use the successful the paragraph method and sentence variety in their writing. Essayists make sure that the concluding paragraph restates the thesis without being repetitive and that they edit their piece before they do their final copy.
